Control Valves

Main Control Valve or MCV is one of the devices on a fire extinguisher that functions to control the performance of water lines in the installation of both hydrant systems and sprinkler systems. In the Valve system there are technical terms referred to as process variables.

Coverage of process variables includes pressure, level, flow, temperature and several other variables related to the controller. Cooperation between process variables and controllers will result in a decision on how much to open the valve.
