Adiwarna Gathering – To enhance internal collaboration and build a stronger bond among employees, PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi successfully held its annual Employee Gathering on August 19–21, 2025. The three-day event took place at Villa Pancawati, Bogor, bringing together team members from different divisions and workplaces.
As a company recognized as a fire protection specialist in Indonesia, Adiwarna understands that the strength of a company is not only measured by professional skills, but also by the unity, teamwork, and shared spirit within the organization. Therefore, this gathering was designed to be both fun and meaningful, filled with games, motivation sessions, and a warm closing night by the bonfire.
Day 1 Adiwarna Gathering – A Fun Journey and a Night Full of Laughter
The first day began at 08:00 WIB from the Adiwarna office, where participants gathered and enjoyed breakfast together before departing to Bogor. The cheerful bus ride set a positive tone for the rest of the event.
Upon arrival, the participants rested briefly before joining the Welcoming Speech by the committee, followed by:
- Gathering Rules Explanation
- Team Assignment
These teams would later compete in exciting challenges throughout the event to win special prizes.
After lunch and accommodation check-in, the first two competition rounds — Games 1 and Games 2 — brought high-energy excitement and encouraged collaboration among team members.
As the sun set, everyone gathered for Dinner 1, and the evening continued with:

A night filled with laughter and bonding wrapped up Day 1, ensuring everyone rested well for another full agenda ahead.
Day 2 – Games, Training, and a Heartwarming Bonfire Night
The second day started with an energizing morning exercise led by Putri HSE. After breakfast, participants joined a Training Session, aimed to enhance teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, valuable for daily workflow.
The competition continued with Games 4, Games 5, and Games 6, where each team gave their best strategy to score as many points as possible. Coffee breaks between sessions helped maintain everyone’s stamina for the next activities.
The highlight of Day 2 took place after Dinner 2 — the Bonfire Night. All employees gathered around the warm fire, participated in music-themed challenges through Acapella Competition, and shared joyful moments under the night sky.
This unforgettable evening strengthened the sense of unity among employees as teammates and friends.
Day 3 – Awarding the Champions and Farewell Moment
The final day started with breakfast, followed by the most anticipated moment — the Awarding Session. The winning teams received prizes and recognition for their outstanding teamwork, creativity, and enthusiasm throughout the event.
Beyond the reward itself, the victory symbolized how collaboration, trust, and communication can lead to success — values that Adiwarna upholds in daily operations.
After a final coffee break, all participants prepared for check-out and returned to Jakarta with fresh memories and renewed motivation.
