Timotius Yohandoyo Gunawan

Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Timotius Yohandoyo Gunawan, an Indonesian national, was born in Malang in 1970. He began his professional career in 2003 as a Senior Project Manager at PT Invosa Systems, Cikarang, a position he held until 2007. From 2008 to 2009, he served as Operations Manager at PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi, Jakarta. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2015, he was appointed Head of the IT Division at PT Dual Oil Field, Jakarta.

Since 2015 to the present, he has served as a System Analyst and HRIS Product Manager at PT Inti Artistika Solusitama, Jakarta, with responsibilities in system development and the management of technology solutions in the field of human resources.

Indrie Anggrainy

Indrie Anggrainy, Indonesian citizen, was born in Palembang in 1996. She obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from Sriwijaya University, South Sumatra, in 2018.

Indrie Anggrainy started her career as an Individual Consultant Legal Expert at the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra Province (2019 – 2021) and joined PT. Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi as HRD in 2022. She was then appointed and joined as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi in 2024.

She started her career as a Legal Staff at Primajaya Group in 2013 then as Senior HRD & Legal at Cengkareng Hospital since 2013 until now Since 2015 to the present, he has served as a System Analyst and HRIS Product Manager at PT Inti Artistika Solusitama, Jakarta, with responsibilities in system development and the management of technology solutions in the field of human resources.
