Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provide support for Sales (Technical & Commercial)
  2. Create and send quotations
  3. Follow up with customers
  4. Collect documents required for project tenders
  5. Create BOQ
  6. Input data into ERP
  7. Estimate project price calculations

  2. Have experience as Estimator/Jr. Engineer in Project/Construction/MEP for at least 5 years
  3. Maximum age of 40 years old
  4. Understand in making project estimation schedule

  6. Understand Mechanical and Electrical
  7. Able to calculate the making of RAB and BOQ
  8. Understand Fire Safety Equipment

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
  3. Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Piping (preferred).
  4. Proficient in English (speaking and writing), with a TOEFL score of 500.
  5. Able to use AutoCAD.
  6. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Project, Word, and Excel).

  8. Willing to be placed outside of Jakarta.
  9. Able to work under pressure.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Plan and implement project work plans well and on target.
  2. Perform calculations for fire fighting designs.
  3. Direct drafters in implementing designs and calculations into working drawings.
  4. Prepare all engineering documents required for start-up work at the project site.
  5. Conduct training on fire fighting systems installed at the project site.
  6. Ensure that designs comply with local regulations and NFPA.
  7. Maintain scope, cost, and Managed project schedules
  8. Worked as a Project Manager for Multi-Projects
  9. Communicated well with external and internal stakeholders
