Junior Sales

  1. All majors welcome, Engineering (preferred)
  2. 1–2 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineering (ME) sales representative or in sales in another field
  3. Communicative, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
  4. Willing to travel for business
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  6. Available to start immediately
  7. Able to give presentations to clients
  1. Provide support to Sales (Technical & Commercial)
  2. Prepare and submit proposals
  3. Follow up with customers
  4. Gather the necessary documents for project tenders
  5. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  6. Enter data into the ERP system

Estimator (Mechanical/Electrical)

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  2. At least 5 years of experience as an Estimator/Junior Engineer in Projects/Construction/MEP

  3. Maximum age of 40 years

  4. Proficient in creating project estimation schedules

  5. Proficient in reading working drawings (engineering/schematic diagrams/P&IDs)

  6. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems

  7. Ability to calculate Cost Estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

  8. Knowledge of Fire Safety Equipment

  9. Location: Cengkareng, West Jakarta

  10. Residence in the Greater Jakarta Area (Jabodetabek)

  11. Ability to determine design specifications

  12. Ability to work under pressure.

Project Manager

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome

  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field

  3. Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Piping (preferred)

  4. Proficient in English (speaking & writing), with a TOEFL score of 500

  5. Proficient in AutoCAD

  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, and Excel)

  7. Knowledge of firefighting is preferred

  8. Willing to be stationed outside Jakarta

  9. Able to work under pressure

  10. Able to read technical drawings

  11. Possesses strong analytical skills

  12. Preferably residing in the Greater Jakarta area

  1. Plan and implement project work plans effectively and in line with targets

  2. Perform calculations and analyses for fire protection system designs

  3. Guide drafters in translating designs and calculations into working drawings

  4. Prepare all necessary engineering documents for project site startup

  5. Conduct training on fire protection systems installed at the project site

  6. Ensure that designs comply with local regulations and NFPA standards

  7. Maintain the project’s scope, cost, and schedule

  8. Serve as Project Manager for multi-project initiatives

  9. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Project Planning Control (PPC)

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Engineering (Required)

  2. Proficient in English (Preferred)

  3. At least 2 years of experience as a Project Planning and Control Specialist at a Construction Company / MEP Contractor / Mechanical/Electrical (Piping) Project

  4. Open to recent graduates

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and formulas (required)

  6. Strong analytical skills

  7. Understanding of S-curve project scheduling

  8. Ability to read shop drawings

  9. Possess good communication skills

  10. Willing to be assigned to projects throughout Indonesia

  11. Able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle

  12. Possess a Class A and C driver’s license

  13. Experience working on projects (preferred)

  14. Preferably residing in the Jabodetabek area

  15. Able to work under pressure.

  1. Plan and schedule projects, monitor and track projects until completion.

  2. Manage and control costs, and track project budgets.

  3. Estimate costs based on the quantity and price of resources required during project implementation.

  4. Coordinate with the various parties involved in the project.

  5. Provide results and reports.
