Qualification

  1. Bachelor degree all majors, Engineering (preferred)
  2. Experienced as Sales ME or sales in other fields 1-2 years
  3. Communicative, Thorough, Can work under pressure
  4. Willing to be mobile / do business trips
  5. Proficient in Microsoft especially Excel
  6. Can join immediately
  7. Able to make presentations to clients

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provide support for Sales (Technical & Commercial)
  2. Create and send quotations
  3. Follow up with customers
  4. Collect documents required for project tenders
  5. Create BOQ
  6. Input data into ERP
  7. Estimate project price calculations

Qualification

  1. At least S1 Engineering
  2. Have experience as Estimator/Jr. Engineer in Project/Construction/MEP for at least 5 years
  3. Maximum age of 40 years old
  4. Understand in making project estimation schedule
  5. Understanding of working drawings (engineering / schematic diagram / P&ID)
  6. Understand Mechanical and Electrical
  7. Able to calculate the making of RAB and BOQ
  8. Understand Fire Safety Equipment
    Placement in Cengkareng, West Jakarta
  9. Domicile in Jabodetabek
  10. Able to determine the design
  11. Able to work under pressure.

Analyze project plans, bills and quantities to estimate costs.
